So here’s how to setup Setup Logitech Harmony 350 Universal Remote Control.
Visit http://setup.myharmony.com, look for Harmony 350 in the list of devices and download the software.
Once downloaded, launch the app and create an account. Make sure your Harmony 350 is connected to your computer via the USB cord provided. Once you’ve created an account, log-in and select your Harmony 350 remote. Go to Devices then click Add Device.
Make sure your devices are ready. Enter the manufacturer’s name and the model number and then click Add.
If you your device is not on the list, don’t worry. For as long as you have the existing old remote control, you can still teach your Harmony 350 to copy the old remote. Here’s how:
1.) Add a device and type the Manufacturer’s name. For example: “Asahi” then on the Device Model Number, type anything. In my case, I used “Generic Electric Fan” then click Add. A prompt will pop-up, then click OK.
2.) Select the closest description of your device. In my case, I selected “Other (Not Shown Above)” and then click Next.
4.) Follow on-screen instructions.
5.) When you’re done, you can re-assign the buttons on your Harmony 350 remote for you to remember it easily. From the main menu, select Buttons, then select your device. You can also add additional buttons there.
